Annie Lennox
Annie Lennox born December 25 in 1954. She was born in Aberdeen Scotland. Dorothy Farquharson & Thomas Allison Lennox is the name of her parents. Lennox had studied for three year at the Royal Academy of Music London in the 1970s was accepted. She managed to make it on her student stipend while working part time jobs. Lennox, while studying at the Royal Academy of Music in London, was not happy in her performance when in comparison to her classmates. She began considering different options. Lennox was a flute player in the band Dragons Playground in 1976. She left the band before they appeared in I.T.V's talent show New Faces. The main part of her role was the lead singer in The Tourists from 1977 until the year 1980. This is where she first got to know Dave Stewart with whom she will form Pop duo Eurythmics. Lennox collaborated on her solo debut record Diva. It came out in 1993. It received lots of praise, both from critics and the public. Nostalgia Lennoxs six solo album, released in October 2014 included Nostalgia Lennox. The C.D. The C.D. is comprised of Lennox's favorite blues, jazz and soul songs of her youth. Lepidoptera contains four improvised keyboard tracks. The E.P. is an accompanying piece for her installation of art in the Massachusetts Museum of Contemporary Art entitled"Now, I'll let You Go...
